III. Research
In accordance with the era of the development of a higher education institution in Indonesia towards a higher education institution that not only functions as a “teaching university” but also as a “research university”, this Electronics Laboratory is also active in carrying out research tasks as follows:
- Work Analysis of Microprocessor Hardware and Computer Applications, in collaboration with the Trisakti University Research Institute.
- Application of scientific methods for localization of damage and technical maintenance of a personal computer/PC, in collaboration with other external private companies
- SiGe HBT simulation to obtain Cut off Frequency and Maximum Oscillation Frequency More than 100 GHz
- Analysis of Robotics Techniques Relating to the Field of Electronics
- Effect of lateral dimensions on the performance of SiGe HBT
